- Service is available to All Residential Customers with DELs (Direct
Exchange Lines).
- Customers can access this offering by signing up for service at any TSTT
public offices, by calling the advertised toll-free number 800-DEAL (3325),
or by applying online at www.tstt.co.tt.
- Service requests will only be accepted from registered account holders.
- Standard company credit management policies apply.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable to all packages.
- Customers wishing to retain features or services not included in the
SmartChoice packages will be billed at the current TSTT rates in addition to
their applicable package rate.
- There will be no charge for change of plans, however an administration fee of $25.00 will be charged for ceasing plans
- Upgrade or downgrade of packages will be reflected on the customer's next bill date
- Talk N Save numbers may not be changed within the first three (3) months of
subscription. A $10.00 fee will be applied per request for number change.
- TSTT Caller ID is subject to service availability.
- Bundled minutes are not rolled over
Local Rates
- Bundled local minutes apply to TSTT fixed line to TSTT fixed line calls only.
They do not apply to calls to other operators, special numbers (including
Directory assisted calls), or independent ISP access numbers.
- Separate bundles are offered for both Mobile and International calls
- Calls to independent ISP access numbers will be charged at 20 cents per minute.
- Other rates not stated in the package will be charged at the current rate.
- Bundles apply to directly dialled calls only
- Bundled mobile minutes are equally shared between bMobile and the other mobile networks
International Rates
- Mobile Calls - There will be a surcharge of $1.00 per minute for calling a mobile in all countries
(except the USA, Canada and other countries with Receiving Party Pays)
- Other countries - charged at $6.00 per minute (as listed) Antarctica, Ascension,
Christmas & Cocos Keeling Islands, Comoros, Cook Island, Cuba, Falkland Islands,
Greenland, Guinea Bissau, Kiribati, Nauru Island, Niue Island, Norfolk Islands,
Papua New Guinea, Sao Tome and Principe, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St Helena, Tokelau,
Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna.
- Bundled minutes to international destinations do not include the "Other Countries" as listed above.
- Bundles apply to directly dialled calls only
International Time Bands
- Daytime: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm.
- Evenings: Monday to Friday, before 7 am and after 6 pm.
- Weekends: All day Saturday and Sunday (Midnight Friday - Midnight Sunday)
- Per second billing applies.
Voice Mail Features
- Gold includes: Mailbox with additional storage and up to five Sub Mailboxes.

Repairs
- Repairs to Residential Fault
All fault complaints will be responded to in ten (10) working days and cleared within fifteen (15) working days.
- Repair to Single Line Business Fault
All Single Line Business fault complaints will be responded to in five (5) working days and cleared within ten (10) working days.
The above timeframes shall not apply in instances where cable cuts as a result of deliberate acts of vandalism (arising from cable theft or otherwise) cause service interruption.
